Bring the milk to a boil and use curd to curdle it after it has cooled
After the curd is set, pour it in a cloth and hang it till all the
excess water drains out. It will may take a day more or less.
Then take the curd in a mixing bowl and add powdered sugar. You may
increase or decrease the sugar according to taste.
Beat the till well blended.To this add elachi or kesar strands and

To make mango Shrikand, mix mango pulp with milk and bring it to a boil. Then curdle it and the set mango curd should be drained and later
