Paneer Pakora

  1. Cut the paneer into big cube form. Now divide the cube into half and sprinkle little salt, red chili and chat masala between both portion as sandwich.
  2. Now sieve the gram flour and combine flour, salt, red chili, baking soda, carom seeds and water for thick and smooth consistency batter for pakora.
  3. Now heat the oil in wok on high flame, when oil is hot enough. Add the paneer into flour batter and coat well. Place paneer one by one in oil and cook till to golden and crisp on medium flame.
  4. Serve hot paneer fritters or pakora with chutney and sprinkle little chaat masala on the top of pakoras.
250 gm cottage cheese / paneer
1 cup Bengal gram flour / besan
Salt to taste
Red chili to taste
1 tsp. carom seeds
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Chaat masala to taste
Vegetable oil for deep fry
