Method
  1. Cut the potato into small cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadai.
  3. Add the potato cubes and fry till golden brown.
  4. Add all the masala and saute for a minute.
  5. Add the required amount of salt.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, almonds and cashews.
Ingredients:
4 - boiled potatoes
1 tsp - cumin powder
1 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp - coriander powder
A pinch of turmeric powder
A pinch of asafoetida
1 tsp - chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp - chopped cashews
1 tsp - chopped almonds
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
