Method
  1. Add oil and salt to sieved flour. Add water to knead a stiff dough.
  2. To one third share, add yellow colour and knead.
  3. To another one third, add pink colour and knead.
  4. Now roll all dough together and make into small balls.
  5. Roll out into 8 cm discs and deep fry till puffed and golden.
  6. Serve with potato gravy.
Ingredients:
3 cups wholemeal flour (atta)
2 tbsp. oil
1 drop of yellow colour
1 drop of pink colour
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
