Method
- Add oil and salt to sieved flour. Add water to knead a stiff dough.
- To one third share, add yellow colour and knead.
- To another one third, add pink colour and knead.
- Now roll all dough together and make into small balls.
- Roll out into 8 cm discs and deep fry till puffed and golden.
- Serve with potato gravy.
Ingredients:
3 cups wholemeal flour (atta)
2 tbsp. oil
1 drop of yellow colour
1 drop of pink colour
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
