Method
  1. Mix all the above ingredients (except oil)
  2. Add water and make a spreadable batter like (uthappam batter)
  3. Heat a non stick tawa and pour a laddle full of batter on tawa and spread like dosa as thin as possible
  4. Pour 1 tsp of oil on the corners, and cook on medium flame until one side is golden, then filp
  5. Add 1 more tsp oil and roast other side until golden
  6. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney

Ingredients:
2 cups - besan
3tbsp - corn flour
1 - large onion (finely chopped)
3 - green chilli (finely chopped)
1 tomato (deseeded and copped )
cilantro leaves (finely chopped)
1tsp - black Pepper powder
1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
1tsp - chat Masala
1tsp - coriander powder
Salt to taste
water to make a smooth batter
Oil for cooking
