Broken Wheat/Dalia Porridge with Banana and Honey

Method
  1. Add Dalia to water and boil till dalia is very soft, you can add more water if required.
  2. Add milk, but this is optional.
  3. Cut Banana to pieces, not too thing pieces.
  4. To porridge add sugar and banana and mix well, also mash a few pieces of banana while mixing.
  5. Take care porridge is not too dry - it should be of flowing consistency.
  6. Serve porridge in bowl by adding honey on top.

Note:

  • You can increase or decrease number of banana as per your requirement.
  • Also many people prefer porridge without sugar with just honey.

broken wheat/dalia - 1 cup
water - 3 cup
banana (ripe) - 2
honey - 2 tsp
milk - 1/4 cup (optional)
sugar to taste
