Method
  1. Mix together rice flour and rava and baking powder and put in enough water to make a thick batter.
  2. Add the colour, beat till smooth and set aside for 15 mins.
  3. Mix sugar with 2 cups of water and prepare a syrup of one thread consistency.
  4. Remove from fire and keep it hot. Now prepare bundis from the batter.
  5. When the mixture is used up, and the bundi is in the syrup, mix in khoya, nuts, raisins and cardamoms and blend thoroughly.
  6. From the mixture into round balls.
  7. Cover with foil and set aside to turn cold, then store in air tight tin.
Ingredients:
125 g - each of rice flour and rava
250 g - each of sugar and khoya
1 tbsp - seeds of big cardamoms
a few drops of yellow food colouring
25 g - each of raisins and blanched and sliced almonds, pistachios and charoli
1 tsp - either essence of rose or saffron
silver foil
pinch of baking powder
