Ghee paratha

Method
  1. Knead soft dough with maida, atta salt and water
  2. Set aside for one hour.
  3. Make small balls of the dough
  4. Roll out into round chapathi
  5. Spread 1/2 tsp ghee on the rolled out chapathi and fold into a triangle
  6. Roll out, dusting with atta into triangular parathas
  7. Heat a tawa. Place the paratha on it and spread some oil and allow it to brown.
  8. Turn over and cook till brown spots appear on the other side also.
  9. Serve with hot corn paneer capsicum sabji.
Ingredients:
1 cup - wheat flour/atta
1 cup - maida
Salt and water as needed
1 tbsp - oil
1 cup - ghee
