1/2 kg. cauliflower, cleaned, flowerettes chopped, boiled in salted water
4 cups yoghurt, beaten
2 green chillies, minced
1 cup bread croutons (fried bread pieces)
1 cup coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 cup raisins, soaked in water, drained
1 tsp. sugar
Salt to taste
