4 - boiled potatoes
1 tsp - cumin powder
1 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp - coriander powder
A pinch of turmeric powder
A pinch of asafoetida
1 tsp - chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp - chopped cashews
1 tsp - chopped almonds
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
