Method
  1. Make dough as normal procedure.
  2. Divide and shape as per requirement.
  3. Bread roll/dinner rolls will be 30 gms, burger/hot dog will be 90 gms.
  4. Prove till it is light, water spray is a must.
  5. After egg wash, add toppings as per specifications.
  6. Bake at 180c till golden brown.
Ingredients:
Maida - 1 kg
Sugar - 70 gms
Salt - 15 gms
Yeast - 30 gms
Egg - 1
Gluten - 5 gms
Bread improver - 5 gms
Water - 500 ml
