Method
Boil the arbi in the pressure cooker.
Remove the skin cut into round pieces and deep fry.
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add sliced onions.
When the onions turn brown, add tomatoes, spices and salt.
Add fried arbi, mix well.
This is a dry vegetable.

250 g - arbi
1 cup - coriander leaves
1 - onion
1 - tomato
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - red chillli powder
1/2 tsp - coriander powder
salt to taste
oil for cooking
