Fry onions in hot oil till tender.
Add all other ingredients, stir for 2 minutes
Cool and grind to a thick paste.
Store in refrigerator or freeze in plastic freezerware.

Makes: 1 cup paste
Shelflife: 1 week refrigerated, 1 month frozen
Used in many vegetables which required only the taste of onions, but you do not have the time or stock for the same. Will blend with curries, biryanis also very well.
