Method
  1. Roast red chilies with 2 tsp of oil and remove.
  2. Roast all the ingredients from coriander seeds to fenugreek together.
  3. Grind all the above ingredients together.
  4. Mix in the turmeric powder and asafetida.
  5. Cool and store in an air tight container.
Ingredients:
200 g - red chilies (discard stalks)
100 g - coriander seeds
25 g - cumin seeds
25 g - pepper
5 g - fenugreek
2 tsp - turmeric
4 tsp - asafetida
