Wash and clean the Mushrooms and dice into small pieces.
Cut the peppers into cubes.
Heat oil in a frying pan and add basil leaves and onions diced in long pieces. Sautee till they turn transparent.
Add mushrooms, salt, red chilly powder, crushed pepper and top with teriyali sauce. Stir well and cook till vegetables turn soft. Garnish and serve hot.
Note:
Goes well with plain hot cooked Basmati Rice or Chapattis and Naans.
