Vegetable Seekh Kabab

Method
  1. Mash the bread.
  2. Add chopped vegetables and spices.
  3. Add water and make a soft dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 portions Shape like seekh kabab in a skewer.
  5. Remove the skewer and deep fry it until golden.
  6. Serve with mint dip.
Ingredients:
4 slices - bread
2 tbsp - each of chopped tomato and onion
1 tbsp - fine chop ginger and green chilli
1 tbsp - chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp - each of salt, red chilli, garam masala, chat masala and dry mint
2 or 3 tbsp - water
