Bread Rolls

Method
  1. Mix yeast in a little lukewarm water and keep aside.
  2. Use the remaining luke warm water to dissolve sugar and salt.
  3. Sieve the flour and mix with the sugar-salt solution, add yeast ferment and mix into a soft dough.
  4. Knead in butter and divide the dough into 15 portions.
  5. Make round balls and shape them into desired shapes.
  6. Place on greased baking sheets and leave in a warm place with a wet cloth wrapped over it.
  7. After 45 mins, brush water on the rolls and bake at 230�C for 10 to 15 mins.
  8. Remove and brush with melted butter.
Ingredients:
450 g - refined flour
300 ml - lukewarm warm water
30 g - butter
1 tsp - sugar
1 tsp - salt
2 � tsp - dry yeast
