Ingredients:
6 - bread slices (soak and squeeze out water in the brackets)
100 g - cabbage (finely chopped and dipped in salt water for 10 minutes)
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - cumin
1 tsp - each of coriander and chilli powder
a pinch - each of hing and sugar
a few sprigs - coriander leaves (finely chopped)
2 tbsp - rice flour
1 tbsp - corn flour
sal to taste
