Hara Bhara Uttapam

Method
  1. Remove crust from the bread and crumble it.
  2. Add roasted rawa, chopped spinach, green chillies, salt and mix well with buttermilk.
  3. Make a batter like consisitency for uttappam.
  4. Heat oil in the pan; spread out the batter in the shape of uttapam.
  5. Cook on both sides.
  6. Enjoy as snack with any chutney.
Ingredients:
1 packet - bread slices
2 tbsp - roasted rawa
1 bunch - spinach
buttermilk as required
2 to 3 - green chillies
salt as per taste
oil for cooking
