Method
- Stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just till combined.
- Stir in nuts. Turn into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake in a 350�oven for 1 to 1 � hours.
- Cool in a pan for 10 mins.
- Remove from pan, cool on a rack.
- Wrap and store overnight before slicing.
Makes: 1.
Note:
For Cheese-Nut Bread:
Prepare Nut Bread as above, except add 1 cup shredded cheese to batter, with nuts.
