Method
  1. Stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just till combined.
  3. Stir in nuts. Turn into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake in a 350�oven for 1 to 1 � hours.
  5. Cool in a pan for 10 mins.
  6. Remove from pan, cool on a rack.
  7. Wrap and store overnight before slicing.

Makes: 1.

Note:
For Cheese-Nut Bread:
Prepare Nut Bread as above, except add 1 cup shredded cheese to batter, with nuts.

3 cups - all purpose flour
1 2/3 cup - milk
1 cup - sugar
� cup - chopped nuts
� cup - cooking oil
4 tsp - baking powder
1 tsp - salt
1 - beaten egg
