Method
- Knead a dough as usual we do for roti's & parantha.Cut all veg. finely i.e chopp them in very small size.
- In a seperate bowl grate cheese.
- Now make parantha ,take it on a plate firstly cut parantha with a cutter
avaialable in market the rolling cutter with ahandle or can use sharp knife.
- First cut the parantha vertically fromthe middle i.e; half cut it then make triangle cut of all big pieces.
- As we see of pizza's. Now in vegs.add little amt. of salt & peppertomato sauce along with onion.
- Place this mixture on each & everytriangle slice & top it with grated cheese.
- Place all the pieces togetheras one pizza. serve hot as a breakfast or as snacks in party or on anyguests arrivals.
