Method
  1. Add all finely chopped vegetables with sooji
  2. Mix enough water to make a smooth paste
  3. Add salt and pepper
  4. Apply the paste on bread slice evenly (Only 1 side)
  5. Put some oil on tava and roast the bread from both sides.
  6. The side with the paste will get slightly golden brown
  7. Serve with tomato sauce

1 cup - mixed veggies (finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, capsicums, coriander)
3/4 cup - sooji
6 pieces - bread
1 tsp - salt
1/4 tsp - pepper
