Method
  1. Heat refined in a pan add ajwain seeds as they cracle add onion and capsicum, fry for 2 minutes, then add tomatoes, mong sprout, pepper & salt, cover it cook till mong is slightly soft but the crunchy texture of the sprout should remain.
  2. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. Now grease pizza bases with butter, spread the mong mixture, tomato and chille sauce mix,cover it with grated cheese, sprinke some pepper over it.
  4. Place the bases in greased tray and cook on micro low for 5-7 minutes or till the cheese is melt.
Ingredients:
pizza base : 2nos.
moong sprout : 1 cup.
amul cheese cube (grated) : 2cubes
freshly ground pepper: � tea spoon
tomatoes blanched : 6 nos.
ajwain : � tea spoon
onion & capsicum : finely chopped
chilli & tomato sauce mix : 2 teaspoon
butter :for greasing
refined 1 tea spoon
salt as per taste.
