Method
- Cut the sides of the bread.
- Mix curd, paneer, crushed coconut and salt (according to taste) in a bowl.
- Take two pieces of bread.put the above mixture on one piece of the bread.
- Put some chutney on another piece of bread.
- Pour some oil & mustard seeds on the tava. Fry the bread.
- Bread dhokala is ready
