Method
  1. Cut the bread into circular pieces.
  2. Mash the potatoes.
  3. Add salt,grated onions, 1 tsp hing/asfoetida,ginger-chilli paste.�
  4. Beat the curd into a thick paste.
  5. Take a small kadai/pan.
  6. Heat the oil.�
  7. Add jeera/cumin seeds,mustard seeds, 1 tsp hing/asfoetida,urad dal and curry leaves.
  8. After 1 min switch of the gas.
  9. Pour the contents of the kadai into the curd.�
  10. Take the circular piece of bread and apply potato paste on it.
  11. Apply slight oil on the potato paste
  12. Put the Tawa on a medium-low flame.
  13. The piece of bread with potato paste has to be put on the tawa with the side containing the potato paste facing the tawa.�
  14. On the top of the bread spread the dahi.
  15. Cover the tawa with a big round utensil.
  16. And let the bread be on the tawa for 15-20 mins on medium-low flame.
  17. After 15-20 mins uncover the tawa and see if the bread indli is ready by inserting a knife in the bread. The knife should come out clean. �
  18. Garnishing & Serving� If you want you can garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Ingredients:
�4 slices of white bread.
2 boiled potatoes.
1 cup curd
1 tbsp ginger-chilli paste.
1 medium onion grated.
2 tsp hing/asfoetida
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil.
1 Tsp mustard seeds.
1 Tsp cumin seeds/Jeera
4-5 Curry leaves
1 Tsp Urad Dal
