Method

  1. First thaw out the pastry sheets.

  2. Preheat oven to 350.

  3. Defrost spinach in the microwave and then drain out all of the excess water.

  4. Add cream cheese to it and salt & pepper for taste.

  5. Cut sheets into little squares and spoon one tbsp of the mixture onto the square.

  6. Put water around the edges and seal onto the shape of a triangle.

  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  8. Serve hot as cocktail snacks.

Ingredients:
1 sheet Pastry Puffs
1 Kg frozen chopped Spinach
1 Kg Cream Cheese (preferably Onion and Chive Flavour)
Salt
Pepper
