Method
- Chop the mushrooms.
- Place in a non stick pan and sprinkle with salt.
- Top with garlic and celery.
- Cover and simmer gently till mushrooms are tender and their liquid is absorbed.
- Cool and blend till smooth.
- Stir in the peanut powder.
- Spread the bread slices with mushroom mixture.
- Sandwich two slices with corn filling.
- Make four sandwiches and cut each into two parts.

button mushrooms - 200 gm
garlic - 2 tsp, minced
celery stalk - 2 tbsp, chopped
roasted peanuts - 2 tbsp, coarsely powdered
salt to taste
