Method
- Boil the potatoes and cut them into �� cubes. Cool completely.
- Wash the vegetables and chop the French beans and carrots into �� cubes.
- Take water in a heavy bottomed vessel.
- Add some salt to the water and keep to boil.
- Once the water boils add the chopped French beans, carrots and green peas.
- Boil on a medium flame till the vegetables are almost done.
- Drain out the water if any and cool completely.
- Cut the pineapple slice into �� cubes.
- In a bowl mixed the chopped potatoes, vegetables, pineapple, mayonnaise, pepper and little salt to taste. Mix lightly.
- Keep in fridge to cool for an hour.
- Trim the sides of the bread. Apply butter to the bread slices.
- Spread about one to one and half tbsp of the vegetable mayonnaise mixture on a slice of bread.
- Place another slice on top and press it lightly.
- Cut diagonally into two halves.
- Repeat same procedure with the other slices.

10 - bread slice
50 g - butter
2 - potatoes
8 to 10 - french beans
2 - carrots
3 tbsp - green peas
1� cups - water
1 slice - pineapple (tinned)
4 tbsp - mayonnaise
� tsp - pepper
salt to taste
