Subway-esque sandwich

Method
  1. Arrange chopped veggies on a slice of bread/horizontal half of a footlong.
  2. Spread sauces and cover with another slice.
  3. Eat gluttonous proportions without much guilt!

Note:

  1. You can use other salad vegetables you like-fresh green peas, tomatoes, cabbage, carrots, olives, capers etc.
  2. You could also mix the sauces with the veggies and eat as salad.

Ingredients:
Bread/Footlong – any variety as per your choice
1 cup mixed coloured peppers ( capsicum diced or sliced or chopped fine)
1 small onion (sliced/chopped fine)
1 tomato (sliced and used the green variety and loved its tang)
10-15 pieces jalapenos (chopped, bottled variety)
2-3 gherkins (sliced or chopped into roundels)
1 tbsp mustard sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp mayonnaise
