Method
- Pressurecook bananas in skins for 1 whistles (or boil till tender).
- Cool a little, peel, grate and keep aside
- Mash the peas
- Heat oil, add mustrd seeds, let it splutter
- Add curry leaves, red chilli, and grated bananas
- Add green chillies, peas, tomatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala, amchoor powder and salt
- Mix it well
- Take from fire and let it cool
- Make six portion of the mixture
- Butter each bread slice on both sides
- Spread one portion of mixture on one slice
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds
- Repeat for all the slices
- Bake in hot oven at 220oC for 5-6 minutes or till toasts are crisp
- Cut into half each slice, before serving.
- Serve hot with ketchup and crushed paprika
