Method

  1. Prepare the white sauce with milk and cornflour.

  2. In a kadhai, put some butter. when it melts, add the onions and garlic and fry till golden brown.

  3. Let cool. Then add the white sauce to it.

  4. Add the tomato ketchup, chillie powder, salt and pepper, and boiled corn.

  5. Pre heat oven. Apply butter to one side of the bread. Put that side on the aliminium baking tray.

  6. Spread the corn mixture on the bread sprinkli with mozzerlla cheese and celery and bake till the cheese is golden brown.

Tip of the day: Always start preheating your oven the minute you decide to cook any baking recipe. So, snappy and happy cooking!!!!

Ingredients:
1.Six Slices of bread
2.One cup Corn kernels boiled
3.One cup White sauce
4.two tbsp Tomato ketchup
5.One Onion finely chopped
6.Garlic pearls-7 to 8
7.Table spoon butter
8.One tsp Chillie powder.
9. Salt, Pepper to taste.
10.Cerlery leaves for garnishing.
11.Mozzerella cheese.
