Method-
Cut the chapattis into small pieces and keep it aside.

Chop the vegetables & onions into smaller pieces and keep it aside.

Heat the oil in pan, and add the mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds begins to sputter, add the broken chilli and chopped onion and fry till onion turns transparent.

Now add the chopped vegetables and fry them till they are cooked completely.

To these cooked vegetables, add chapatti pieces and mix it well. Add the necessary salt and mix it well.

Now the delicious Chapatti upma is ready to serve hot.

You can also add Capsicum and Green Peas with this upma.
