Heat 1tbsp ghee in a pan on low flame, add Dalia, stir till it becomes
golden brown, remove it.
Heat the remaining ghee in a pressure cooker and add the cumin seeds, as
they begin to change colour, add the garlic, chilli, ginger, onion and
saute till pink; add the green peas, carrots and tomato and saute for one
Add the Dalia and three cups of water; add salt to taste.
Bring the mixture to a boil, give it full pressure. Remove heat.
Stir in the butter and coriander leaves and serve at once.
