  1. Mix all the ingredients with water to dosa batter consistency.
  2. Make oothapams as usual smearing oil on both sides.
  3. Serve hot with idly podi or chutney.

1 cup - ragi flour
2 - boiled, peeled and grated potatoes, medium size
1/4 tsp - chilli powder
Hing/asafoetida, a pinch
1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
