Method
- In a kadai, put four teaspoon oil and fry the rawa till it changes colour.
- Remove and keep it.
- In the same kadai, heat the remaining oil and temper the mustard.
- Add chopped onion, chillies, ginger and curry leaves.
- Fry till onions are transparent.
- Add two cups of water along with salt.
- Bring to boil.
- When it starts boiling, slowly add the fried rawa and stir continuously till it is cooked and does not stick to the sides of the pan.

1 cup - rava
1 - onion
2 - green chillies
Curry leaves, a few
8 tsp - oil
1/2 tsp - mustard
1/2 tsp - salt
