Method
- In a kadai, heat oil, add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
- Then add onion and saute.
- Add ginger and garlic and saute.
- Then add vegetables, curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and saute.
- Add 4 cups of water and allow it to boil.
- Add vermicelli and stir, cover it with a lid and cook for 5 mins in a low flame.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.

Ingredients:
2 cups - semiya (vermicelli)
1/2 inch - ginger, finely chopped
6-7 pods - garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup - beans, carrot, potato, chopped
1 - onion, chopped
4-5 tsp - oil
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - chilli powder
1/2 tsp - mustard
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
