Spinach potato toast / Palak aloo toast

Method
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan, add onions ,add green chilli and saut till lightly browned. Add spinach and salt and continue to saut. Add mashed potatoes and mix well.
  2. Arrange bread slices on the work top.
  3. Spread butter and green chutney on all of them. Spread the potato mixture over the chutney evenly.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese and roasted sesame seeds. Finally place red capsicum strips decoratively on the top.
  5. Place the bread slices on the non stick tawa and Roast till the bread slices turn crisp.
Ingredients:
12-14 slices bread
4 tbsp sesame seeds (til),roasted
1 small bunch spinach,finely chopped
2 medium olive oil/oil
Onions finely chopped
Salt to taste
2 green chilli
4-5 medium potatoes,boiled and mashed
1 cup green chutney
1 cup cheese grated (optional)
1 medium tomato,cut into slice, seeded
1/4 cup butter
