Method
  1. Soak the first 5 ingredients in water for minimum of 8 hours.
  2. Then grind in the mixie nicely by adding salt, red chillies, garlic and ginger.
  3. Add the rice flour and once again grind.
  4. The batter is ready.
  5. Then keep the dosa tava in stove and keep it in high flame.
  6. After it becomes hot, pour the dosa batter and make it flat as dosa.
  7. Reduce the flame and allow it to get done.
  8. Dosa is ready to eat.
  9. Serve with sambar or onion chutney.
Ingredients:
green moong dhal
white channa
rajma
green peas
white peas
1 1/2 cup - mixture of the above ingredients
3/4 cup - rice flour
red chillies
ginger
garlic (optional)
salt as required
oil as needed
