Method
- Soak the first 5 ingredients in water for minimum of 8 hours.
- Then grind in the mixie nicely by adding salt, red chillies, garlic and ginger.
- Add the rice flour and once again grind.
- The batter is ready.
- Then keep the dosa tava in stove and keep it in high flame.
- After it becomes hot, pour the dosa batter and make it flat as dosa.
- Reduce the flame and allow it to get done.
- Dosa is ready to eat.
- Serve with sambar or onion chutney.
Ingredients:
green moong dhal
white channa
rajma
green peas
white peas
1 1/2 cup - mixture of the above ingredients
3/4 cup - rice flour
red chillies
ginger
garlic (optional)
salt as required
oil as needed
