Method
- Chop all the vegetables.
- Now in a pan heat 2 spoons of oil and fry the vegetables for a while and then add some water.
- Cover and cook.
- Finally add salt, chilli powder and garam masala and mix well.
- Make dosas and stuff with the vegetable masala and roll it.
- Vegetable dosa roll is ready to eat.
- This is a nice variation of the normal masala dosai.
- Serve this hot with chutney, sambar or curd.
