Vegetable Dosa Roll

Method
  1. Chop all the vegetables.
  2. Now in a pan heat 2 spoons of oil and fry the vegetables for a while and then add some water.
  3. Cover and cook.
  4. Finally add salt, chilli powder and garam masala and mix well.
  5. Make dosas and stuff with the vegetable masala and roll it.
  6. Vegetable dosa roll is ready to eat.
  7. This is a nice variation of the normal masala dosai.
  8. Serve this hot with chutney, sambar or curd.
