Method
  1. Heat oil in a kadai and add musturd seed and jeera
  2. After 2 min add green chilly ginger paste.
  3. When paste turns brown, add boiled potato and mixed all spices
  4. Then add lemon juice and cook it for 5 min on slow flame
  5. Stuffing is ready.
  6. Now take a slice of bread and cut the corners
  7. Soak bread in milk or water for 2 min
  8. Made a bada of bread and fill it with preapared stuffing
  9. Now fry it in oil on medium flame
  10. Serve hot with chutney, sauce or curd

Ingredients:
6 - bread slices
2 cups - boiled potato
1tsp - green chilly ginger paste
1tsp - lemon juice
salt
according to taste - red chilli powder
according to taste - turmeric powder
according to taste - dhaniya powder
oil for frying
