Eggless Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Method
  1. Peel and mash bananas, add oil & sugar, mix nicely.
  2. Sift baking powder, baking soda and salt with flour and fold in the banana mixture.
  3. Now if you want you can add chocolate chips or tutty fruity bits and mix.
  4. Grease a 2 lb cake pan, pour mixture in it bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the thickest part of the cake comes out clean.

Ingredients:
1 Cup - Whole wheat flour(Atta)
1 Cup - Sugar (ground)
1 Cup - Olive Oil/Cottonseed Oil
3 Nos - Ripe Bananas
1 tsp - Baking powder
1/2 tsp - Baking Soda
1 pinch - Salt
1/2 cup - Chocolate chips/tutty fruity bits (optional)
