Method
  1. Mix the flour and khoya to a very smooth mixture.
  2. Divide the mixture into small balls and shape each ball into a crescent or half a moon around a few cardamom seeds.
  3. Put 1 cup water in sugar and prepare a syrup of one third consistency.
  4. Remove from fire and keep aside.
  5. Deep fry each crescent to a golden brown colour over a slow fire and toss into the syrup after covering with foil.
  6. Sprinkle essence on top and serve either hot or cold.
Ingredients:
500 g - khoya
3 tbsp - flour
2 sugars - sugar
1 tbsp - seeds of big black cardamoms
1 tsp - rose essence
silver foil
