Green chilli pickle

Method
  1. Pound cumin, amchur, turmeric and salt together.
  2. Now mix in with the green chillies.
  3. Heat the oil and throw in the sliced garlic.
  4. When this is brown, put in the chilly mixture, add vinegar and sugar to taste and cook well.
  5. Cool and bottle.
Ingredients:
900g - green chillies
2 tbsp - cumin
1 handful amchur
1 inch piece turmeric
3 pods garlic (sliced)
2 cups oil
Vinegar, sugar, salt to taste
