Garlic mango pickle

Method
  1. Deep fry the garlic pods.
  2. Boil the mustard oil and cool.
  3. Marinate the mango pieces with salt and haldi overnight.
  4. Remove the water, dry in sunshine or under fan.
  5. Take a bowl, add the mango pieces, all spices, garlic pods and oil.
  6. Store in a jar.
Ingredients:
500g - raw mango pieces
100g - mustard oil
1 tsp - hing
50g - mustard seeds dal
25g - dry ginger powder
1/2 tsp - haldi
Salt as per taste
100g - garlic pods
50g - red chilli powder
