Mixed vegetables in sweet and sour sauce

Method
  1. Dissolve cornflour in vegetable stock.Shred the vegetables and steam till almost cooked.
  2. Mix together the remaining ingredients and cook till a little thick, put in the vegetables and continue cooking till the sauce thickens.
  3. Serve over boiled noodles if you like.
Ingredients:
250 gms. Mixed vegetables like carrots, French beans, green onion and cabbage
2 capsicums
1 tbsp. Cornflour
2 tbsps. Soya sauce
4 tbsps. Each of sugar and vinegar
½ cup vegetable stock
Salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp. Monosodium glutamate
