  1. Saute the ingredients for 2 minutes.
  2. Grind them in a mixer.
  3. Serve with idlis or dosas.
Ingredients:
Skin of one orange
1 tsp - mustard
1 tsp - urad dal
1 tsp - Bengal gram dal
2 - dry chilli
Salt to taste
