Sweet and sour mango-pudina chutney
Method
- Peel and cut the mango in to small pieces.
- Clean and wash the mint leaves.
- Grind all these ingredients together in a mixer.
- Adjust sweetness as per taste.
- Serve with rice, roti and paratha.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator upto 2 days.
Ingredients:
1 raw mango
1 cup mint (pudina) leaves
2 green chillies
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Jaggery or sugar
