Method
Heat oil in a thick pan, add jeera and mustard.
When they crackle, add the red chilli and fry till crisp.
Add the ridge gourd skin, and salt.
Cover and cook till the skin is soft.
Remove and cool, grind with all other ingredients.
Serve with puri or paratha.

2 tbsp tamarind pulp
Salt to taste
