Zero oil oats chutney

Method
  1. Just add all these ingredients in a blender and grind into a smooth paste by adding some water.
  2. Adjust salt and your chutney is ready.
  3. Serve with idli/dosa.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1&1/2 tsp dry red chilli powder
1 tsp coconut powder, dry
1/2 tsp rasam powder
A pinch of asafoetida (Inguva, Hing)
A pinch of turmeric powder
A few curry leaves
Salt to taste
