Method
  1. Heat the Oil. Put mustard, hing, methi powder and turmeric.
  2. When they splutter, add amla pieces and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. To this add Chilli powder, mustard powder and salt.
  4. Preserve in container after cooling.
  5. Amla chutney is ready and can be used with rice, rotis or Dosas

2 cups - amla pieces
3 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp - methi powder
2 tsp - mustard powder
a pinch - turmeric
2 tsp - salt
5 tsp - oil
� tsp - mustard
1 - lemon
a pinch - hing powder
